Frequently asked questions
Can I get the translation without coming to the office?
Yes. Send copies of your documents through the site or WhatsApp, and I will send you the quote and turnaround. Once paid, the translation starts, and you collect it at the office or receive it by post, as agreed.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or PayPal, once you accept the quote. I send you the payment details with the quote.
How long does a translation take?
It depends on the number and type of documents, and is confirmed after reviewing your file.
Does my translation need an apostille?
Not always. It depends on the country and authority receiving it: tourist visa applications, for example, usually do not need one. When required, the translation is apostilled at the court. I explain the steps when reviewing your file.
Can someone else collect the translation?
Yes, you can authorise a person of your choice to collect the translation or hand over documents.
Will my documents stay confidential?
Yes. Your documents are handled under professional secrecy and used only to carry out the translation.
