Chinese Government Scholarship via the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education
Scholarships set aside by the Chinese Government for Moroccan students under bilateral cooperation, handled through the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education.
Who is it for?
- Master's: bachelor's degree holders under 35.
- PhD: master's degree holders under 40.
- This scholarship does not cover bachelor's studies.
Required documents
- A certified copy of the diploma (or an enrolment certificate if not yet graduated).
- Transcripts.
- A study or research plan in English (at least 1,000 words).
- Two recommendation letters from professors, in English.
- A medical certificate on the official form and a recent criminal record certificate.
- Passport or national ID card.
Translation
All required documents must come with a sworn English translation, including the diploma, transcripts and criminal record certificate.
Two application steps
- Chinese platform (campuschina.org): complete the application and upload the documents.
- Moroccan Ministry portal (maboursecooperation.enssup.gov.ma): upload the same documents with a full PDF copy of the Chinese application.
Last round's deadline was 22 December 2025.
