How it works
Get your quote without travelling, then confirm and pay by bank transfer, and the translation starts. You only come to the office to collect it, bringing the original documents.
- Send scans for a quote
Clear photos or scans of your documents, and where the translation will be submitted.
- Quote and turnaround
I review the documents and send you the quote, the turnaround and any additional documents needed.
- Confirm and pay
If you accept the quote, pay by bank transfer and the translation starts.
- Collect with your originals
When you collect the translation at the office, bring the original documents for comparison; the signed and sealed translation is then handed to you or to a person you authorise.
A sworn translator can only certify that a translation conforms to the original after examining the original document. The translation is therefore prepared from the scans you send, and the sworn translation is handed over only after the originals have been examined at the office.
Verify before you trust
Only a translator accredited to the Courts may issue sworn translations. Before handing your documents to anyone, check their status. You can verify mine on my page on the official website of ATAJ, the Association of Sworn Translators Accredited to the Courts.
Scan the code or tap the button. The same code is printed on every translation I issue.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get a quote and the translation without coming to the office?
Yes. Send copies of your documents through the site or WhatsApp, and I will send you the quote and turnaround. Once paid by bank transfer, the translation starts, and you only come to the office to collect it, bringing the originals.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, once you accept the quote. I send you the bank details with the quote.
How long does a translation take?
It depends on the number and type of documents, and is confirmed after reviewing your file.
Does my translation need an apostille?
Not always. It depends on the country and authority receiving it: tourist visa applications, for example, usually do not need one. When required, the translation is apostilled at the court. I explain the steps when reviewing your file.
Can someone else bring the originals or collect the translation?
Yes, you can authorise a person of your choice to bring the originals and collect the translation.
Will my documents stay confidential?
Yes. Your documents are handled under professional secrecy and used only to carry out the translation.
Request a quote
Send copies of your documents, and I will reply with the quote and turnaround.
Copies are enough to request a quote and to prepare the translation. You bring the original documents when you collect the translation at the office: the sworn translation is handed over only after they have been examined.
